Lynn Karlin, who photographed Gardens Maine Style, will be signing the new release of this popular book on August 10th, 3 – 5, at the Kingman Gallery on Deer Isle. Gardens Maine Style, text by Rebecca Sawyer-Fay, was originally published in 2001 by Downeast Books and became a bestseller winning the Garden Writers Association Award of Achievement, Lynn winning the Garden Globe Award. It has been out of print but this summer is being released in paperback. Karlin is also a fine arts photographer whose Pedestal Series can be seen at the Kingman Gallery along with the work of 14 other top Maine photographers.
